Hop in the Chiva and join us as we travel to some of the highest elevations in Nariño! The days are warm and the nights are cool as the breeze off the Pacific Ocean weaves its way through mountain ranges as high as 6,000 feet. The climate and altitude make for coffee cherries that grow slowly, and develop longer, for intense and full flavor.
This particular coffee is a Caturra varietal which gets picked, fermented, and then sun-dried on parabolic beds. We selected this coffee for its bright, full, and complex flavor - much like the landscape from which it came!
