Dark Papua New Guinea
Silky body, cinnamon, toasted walnuts, full-bodied
At the base of the Wahgi Valley, Papua New Guinea lies a cooperative representing about 250 small-holder farmers of the Kamano tribal group. These farmers, whose farms take advantage of high altitude and fertile volcanic soil, grow dense full-bodied coffees that they sun dry on raised patios. We roast this one dark to bring out notes of cinnamon and toasted walnuts.
