Hailing from the Comayagua province, this Cerro Azul coffee showcases the characteristic light fruitiness and cane sugar sweetness of Honduras specialty coffee that rivals anything produced by their Central American neighbors. These beans are carefully picked and processed by a small farmer co-op in the tropical mountains of Comayagua, this coffee is medium roasted to highlight notes of pear and cocoa while retaining a slight acidity and a cinnamon finish.
