We looked everywhere for a coffee that would be at once familiar and new. We found it in the mountains of Brazil's coffee-growing regions, where small and medium-sized farmers are currently leading a coffee renaissance. This single-origin coffee, carefully grown and harvested at its ripest, is then “honey-processed” using a combination of traditional methods and new technology. The result is a showcase of the best Brazilian coffee has to offer: medium body, balanced acidity and sweetness, with notes of dark chocolate and toasted nuts.
