Now you can prepay to save even more on your subscription! Choose the number of deliveries you'd like to prepay for and your coffee will ship to you on monthly intervals for the specified number of orders, starting on the date of your initial purchase. Prepaid really is the best deal for our monthly subscriptions!
As soon as you start a subscription, the first order will be shipped right away. Subsequent orders will ship out at the interval you specified when you created your subscription. You can always edit your delivery frequency or pause your subscription from the account page. Just sign in an click the button that says "Manage Subscriptions"
Absolutely! To update your subscription, log in to your account and click the "Manage Subscriptions" button. From there you can change your subscription product, frequency, pause, or cancel. You can also always reach us at hello@compasscoffee.com, we're happy to help.
First, log in to your account. Then navigate to the button that says "Manage Subscriptions" and click the link at the top of the next page to reset your payment method.
You can update your shipping address from your account. We typically ship orders within 1-2 days of the order being placed, so make sure to update your address before your next order ships!
Have too much coffee? We get it. You can always delay your next order for as long as you'd like! Whenever you are ready to start receiving coffee again, you can restart your subscription with no problem.
If you want to delay or cancel your subscription, go to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions". From there, you will be able to delay or cancel your subscription.
