Ethiopia Guji Single Origin
Ethiopia's Guji region is renowned for high altitude farms that yield small coffee beans densely packed with flavor. After harvesting, the coffee is dried for up to three weeks on raised patios under the sun. Known as "natural processing," this method produces a sweet, citrusy coffee with distinct berry notes.
This coffee, from the Hambela Estate in Oromia, Ethiopia, is an exquisite heirloom variety with strong, lush flavors of blackcurrant and pink lemonade - it's is a shining example of the region’s renowned quality and vibrant flavor.
